Glasgow-based imo-Lu draws upon her background in piano improvisation and choir singing to bring rich, atmospheric musical textures to the forefront of her drum and bass production. She is inspired by all things harmonically dense yet subtle and restrained; she builds her DJ sets around this sound as well as her original music. With a small handful of releases under her belt, imo-Lu has established herself as a promising up-and-comer in the UK drum and bass scene.
