Hailing out of South-London, @raas-kemp might be a fairly new name out there. This young blood has been producing for about 9 years (since he was 16) and he currently works with Ableton and third party plugins, an AKAI sampler and a Roland JV1080 and D10 for those mid nineties pads. Soundwise he says he’s been influenced by the classic heavy breaks sounds of early drum ‘n bass and the more leftfield break stuff like Venetian Snares & Aphex Twin.
He’s got a release out on @modifiedmagic and one forthcoming on @dead-mans-chest ‘s label Western Lore. I really like his music and I am very happy he agreed to record me a guest mix for this weeks’ show on @jungletrain-dot-net .
