A true heavyweight of the Australian DnB scene, Operon (aka Ashley Hanson) has been pushing deep, melodic and cinematic drum & bass for over a decade. As the driving force behind Golden Orb Records, Operon’s productions have landed on respected labels like 8Ball Audio, and he’s shared stages with artists such as Truth (NZ) and more.

He’s a regular across Australia’s biggest festivals — including Twisted Frequency — and a long-time pioneer of Brisbane’s DnB movement through his renowned club nights and cutting-edge releases. Expect a journey through lush soundscapes, rolling basslines and pure dancefloor energy.
