“I kind of wanted to make a mix for myself digging into my older crates of beats I hadn’t heard in a few years, mixed with some of my favourite soul and jazz jams, and other electronic synthy bits to explain where the sound of the ‘Kuntur’ EP comes from. I think it’s funny some of the tracks kind of turn themselves inside out rhythmically whilst remaining in tempo.”
