“Robyn Chaos” is one of the most recognizable names in dark drum and bass, firmly establishing herself over the last two decades as one of the main forces in the darkcore and leftfield drum and bass scene. Not only a skilled DJ, but also a vocalist, songwriter, producer, promoter, agent, and all around general badass, She has fully embraced drum and bass with a pure passion for over 18 years.
As owner of “Therapy Sessions” worldwide, she personally oversees each and every event; working alongside local promotion teams/families on everything from line ups to flyer design. From its humble beginnings as an East End London midweek in 2003, “Therapy Sessions” rose to quickly become a award winning drum and bass tour de force, infiltrating dozens of cities across the globe, such as Hamburg, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Porto, Osaka, Paris, St. Petersburg and more. In 2015 “Robyn Chaos” started up “Therapy Sessions Recordings” (@therapysessionsrecordings), supporting the experimental & darker side of drum and bass with both renown and upcoming artists.
As founder and director of the dark enthusiasts DJ Agency Anger Management, she has been instrumental in nurturing the long term, successful careers of almost every major darkside titan in the drum and bass world. Musically, “Robyn Chaos” released as part of the infamous “Faith in Chaos” outfit (with Dylan)and alongside some of the most respected artists in dark drum and bass, like Audio, Counterstrike, Zardonic, Switch Technique and many more. Also working on alternative projects, such as the southern tinged electro-blues sleaze concept series “A Town Called Hell”, “Robyn Chaos” continues to have fun, push boundaries and dance to the beat of her own heavily distorted drum.
For this episode, “Robyn Chaos” prepared a one hour journey through the realms of dark drum and bass, packed with own productions and unreleased material from her label “Therapy Session Recordings”.
