DJ Flight is a DJ, radio producer, podcaster, and Metalheadz resident whose been mixing music for over 20 years. She works as a radio producer at the Prison Radio Association, which is a charity that runs the worlds’ first national radio station for incarcerated individuals. She’s been busy during lockdown, recording live streams and making mixes from home – including this one for us on After Dark. She co-founded EQ50 – a collective comprised of women who work towards equality and representation in the drum’n’bass scene. Her after dark mix fuses old school classics with emerging jungle sounds – featuring artists like HLZ, Nia Archives and Lemon D. She was the first woman DJ on BBC Radio 1Xtra to have a bass music show. Find her on social media @DJFlight
